Show Up at the Next NUSD Board Meeting
The NUSD Board votes on the $249 parcel tax ballot measure this spring. Public comment is your chance to ask why a 1,200-square-foot starter home pays the same as a 153,000-square-foot apartment complex. Next meeting: check the NUSD Board calendar at nusd.org for dates. Arrive by 6:00 PM, sign up for public comment, and bring one question.
Ask Your Board Trustees One Question
Email your NUSD trustee and ask: "Why should a homeowner with 1,200 square feet pay the same parcel tax as the owner of a 153,000-square-foot commercial property?" Find your trustee at nusd.org/board. Copy novatostewards@proton.me so we can track which trustees respond.
